| I was totally glued to my seat all the way through this impressive Vertical Limit film about the rescue of a group of climbers trapped in the Himalayas. This Vertical Limit Action film offers almost non-stop action that depletes watching. I find it strange that I have to say that none of the players really stood out to me. Chris O'Donnell was apparently the star of the film: Vertical Limit of Peter Garrett, a wildlife photographer for National Geographic, which organizes the rescue team that included her sister Annie, played by Robin Tunney. Neither O'Donnell Tunney exactly captivated me. I was much taken by Scott Glenn in the performance of Montgomery Wick, ending the reclusive climber by leading the rescue mission. But this was a good cast. Nobody took over, but everyone held their end. All kinds of subplots turn in this regard. The questions of who should live and who should die, when not everyone can do, the issues of greed taking priority on the safety and good sense, the complicated relationship brother-sister of Peter and Annie. Everything worked well. I'm not usually a big fan of adventure movies, but you have to see - and even if you do not end up liking the story, is a must see if only for the spectacular photography.
